Hello everyone, just curious upon a approval letter from a housing lottery what's next? Is everything done at that point as far as all checks necessary to move in? Also upon moving in, is there a deposit to be paid example one month rent and security? Thanks in advance

It's a long process that does NOT happen over night. Obviously you'll have to supply paystubs, tax returns, and so forth. A background and credit check will be performed as well. Nothing is official till you sign a lease. Also, if you are in a low income building, there are annual verifications done and rent is adjusted based on income. Like I said, it's a long drawn out process.

Did you apply for low or middle income?

I was inquiring about the mother arnetta Crawford apartments. My sister got an approval letter via e-mail, but it says the building will open up july 1st, does anybody know if appointments for lease signing will be after the building opens up?
