So I was told that out of 74 apts, 37 will be for CB, 4 for Municipal, and 33 for non preference. Every apt for CB is already taken.

BlueGreen007, I heard about it by randomly going to the PACC page (Pratt Area Community Council) for something else and seeing the post.

clermonttovanderbilt- I sent you a befriend request, so we can dialogue about this.

Do people think this is a good investment? We will have to see what they are when the Offering Plan is ready.
What do you think about the quality of the construction?

Does anyone else who was interviewed want to talk/meet? Maybe we can have tea at Smooch?

I would not go so far to say 37 are taken. They have yet to tell anyone the offering plan or the cost. Or have people talk to the lender. Who in the end may or not give you a loan. I know for a fact I had a credit card inquiry yesterday. I think you may be confusing eligible with taken.

At least I'm hoping that's the case. Nothing is taken until you close. So I say keep hope alive.

Toneatles, How can they be "already taken" when the sales haven't begun yet? There are many, many steps where things can fall apart for buyers.

clermonttovanderbilt- I just sent you a message...

Would anyone else like to chat or meet about this opportunity who was interviewed?

There are questions, that I know will not be answered until we get the offering plan, but it would be wonderful to be able to meet others who are in this process together.

I was hoping to get in with the municipal preference...but only 4? Geesh. Im better off applying as a non-preference.

But the math seems a little off, what happened to the hearing impaired 2% and mobility impaired 5%?

That was the word they used when explaining what is available. I'm sure they aren't actually taken as in sold but seems like they have a idea of what's being accounted for. I was being looked as a "backup" for a 1br.

Toneatles, are you in the queue for CB or general? I wonder if they are finishing the general lottery interviews.

Has anyone heard when we can expect to see the offering plan?

I don't think they've done the general (non-CB) lottery interviews yet but I could be wrong. When I emailed to ask, they said October. Wish I knew how they calculated income for freelancers. We are probably over the limit, but I continue to have hope.
