Dear NYCliving21,

I am not sure, but I had the sense they are looking for the amount you claimed you would put down on your lottery application plus estimated closing costs. They will tell you if anything is missing when you come in and give you 5 days to bring in the additional documents.

Hope that helps.

Good luck!

Navy Green'ers,

All preference apartments have been offered (48) and 40 have been accepted.

The interviews for the 28 non-preference apartments will start this week and I expect to conclude those interviews by early-November.

If you have a preference and were not contacted for a preference intervie, I is possiblke to be contacted as a non-preference. This scenario is greatest for Muni Employees, as we interviewed very few Muni Preference applicants to complete those Offers. On the other hand, CB#2 preference applicants will be the least likely to be called, since we have a 50% Community Board preference and we went deeper into lottery to fill that preference.

There are 17 (1 bedrooms), 10 (2 bedrooms), and 1 (3 bedroom) available. The available apartments are scattered throughout the building.

I hope this update is helpful.

Thanks for the time. I appreciate the invite, and look forward to assisting all of you through this process.

Again, I will not use this forum to dialogue individually. This blog is for your use and I just prefer to update you each month.

Michael E. Reed, Selling Agent (Affordable Units)

This is not an Offer to Sell. An Offer can only be made by the issuance of the Offering Plan, as filed with the Attorney General of New York State.

Good question. My home phone has changed since I applied back in May.

Thanks VandiGoddess... I'll just keep my fingers crossed and check my mail/emails and hope to receive a letter. Sounds like they already started sending letters to non- preferences...
