Hi, I also aware of that when I read the offering plan. But that's nothing we could do. I wonder does it happen to all the new building?

Did u choose attorney from the list? Or outsider?

Does anyone know about 40 Vanderbilt? Came across a NYT blog page that it is mostly for chronically homeless suffer from a serious mental illness or are chemically addicted. And it looks like that building shares the common green area with Navy Green.
