Noone mentioned anything about closing at the walk thru. But I received a letter some while ago, stating that they will call people in order that they received the mortgage commitment letters. They started received commitment letters in October.

It's unclear to me how sure of a thing this is, or what the launch date is, but very cool.

Does any know why the selling agents and developers are asking for the appraisals. Is this common or something that is expected. Shouldn't they know what the units are appraised for?

Got a letter from the attorney with a closing date, but it was just a formality since my lender hasn't yet cleared me to close. I should have a date that is sometime between the end of this month and the first couple weeks of June.
