No, not barn dance - Barnes Dance.

Do you know what that is?

It's an intersection where the traffic lights are co-ordinated so that all pedestrians can cross at once. Named after Henry Barnes.

I think something like that would just make traffic worse than it is already. If they ever considered it, it should only be at limited intersections during certain hours.
