Well she was on special K, so she may had said yes and not remember it.. at least its semi-consensual.
No, it's not consensual at all - whatsoever in any way.
But it goes without saying that if you're wandering the streets alone and high on drugs to the point of passing out, bad things can and will happen and there was a big failure of responsibility here. That doesn't absolve the perps, but there was a way to avoid this situation in the first place
The article I read in the Times doesn't say she "went to meet them" there or that she met them online.
The article says she was attacked at the internet cafe, which is a physical storefront. The fact that it's a storefront that contains computers hooked up to the internet does not mean she met them online.
Maybe she was drunk, went into this place because it was open and had chairs to sit in. Perhaps she didn't even go on the computer at all. I like to read the Times vs the tabloids because it sticks to the facts.
If you have never done anything irresponsible (like get drunk) ever before in your life, well, goody for you. Just because a woman gets drunk in Manhattan and stops for a rest does not mean she should be attacked, raped and robbed. You should be ashamed of yourself for even asking this question in this manner about what "type" of woman would be out at 5 am.
Thank you. Finally, someone with some reading comprehension.
False conclusions can be idiotic. Theories can't be idiotic. Haven't you ever heard the line that good teachers use: "There's no such thing as a bad question."
Railman, I'm beginning to think you're stalking me. Pretty pathetic when I consider that you encouraged another forum member to ignore me.
