Only wish they would do this on Pelham Parkway where freaks barrel through at 50 or 60 as they cross busy intersections like White Plains Road, Williamsbridge Road and Eastchester Road.

White Plains/Pelham is the worst b/c you get people flying to/from Boston Rd as well.

I thought the posted limit there was always 35, decreasing 5mph from 35 to 30 won't help if freaks are always going over by 20-25 mph. So instead of 50-60 they'll go 45-55.
also, anywhere there is a school, make sure you do 25.
you will get a ticket in the mail, it will say 37 in a 25 mile zone or something to that effect.
just like the red light cameras.
they are making a killing here in brooklyn in sheephead bay.
PS:
the speed limit would not have had to been changed after all these yeras, its just that the stupid people are all looking at their cell phones and texting and not really paying any attention.
like the dumb mother with her stroller crossing bay parkway, texting????? yesterday.
I never realized how hard it was to drive 25 mph without being stuck in traffic until I got a ticket on this stupid Boulevard.
I purposely avoid driving down Queens Blvd for this very reason. Might as well put a toll on that street. Everyone goes on about making the street safer but all politicians care about is using this Boulevard to milk $$ out of people.
