Hello everyone, i have a few questions, Ive been applying to the housing connect (HDC) and after 3 years I finally got an interview for one right around my way. My problem is that over the years I messed up my credit and its pretty low at the moment. I have everything else in order a decent paying job i go to college the whole 9 yards I also have a letter from the person I am renting from saying that I've always been on time with my payments. will my credit completely throw me off? has anyone had a co signer with these low income apartments? thanks!
