NYEE 14th st. anyone? (Mount Sinai: hospital, doctor, rooms)

Our guest has been having eye problems and someone suggested the Eye Ear Infirmary on 14th st. Has anyone had experience there and how was it? Thx.

The actual care is very good, but the facility isn't well run, and waiting rooms can be kind of chaotic. It was recently taken over by a larger hospital, I think Mount Sinai. Maybe it has improved. As an alternative, maybe you can find a private doctor who's based there and make an appointment.
