They want "free!" or like how it was in the 80's, 90's and even some cases now where the mom has a section 8 apt paying $96/month in rent and they too get on welfare and have children just to be able to inherit the apts or follow in suite.

That may be but I grew up in NYC my entire life and have only started hearing the word used to describe ghetto behavior as of 2yrs ago.
