This map will help you see which areas are made up of which type of population. The map is from 2010 so of course there will have been some changes. You can zoom into each census tract. A place like New Hyde Park has about 5 to 10 census tracts. Mapping the 2010 U.S. Census - NYTimes.com

Area that u mentioned are high numbers in south Asian like Indian, desi

Fresh meadow is more East Asian

The only place that I know are Glendale , Howard beach , rockaway beach ( mostly white )

Any border line between Nassau and queens are high in south Asian

There are some neighborhoods nearby with high blacks population

, St. Albans, Rosedale, Springfield Gardens, Hollis, Laurelton, Cambria Heights, Queen village

Neighborhoods that are used to be black neighborhood will be taken over by south Asian
For example , Jamaica

Neighborhood that are used to be white neighborhood will be taken over by Immigrant Chinese
For example , flushing , bayside, Whitestone

Neighborhood that are used to be upper white neighborhood will be taken over by rich elite Chinese
For example, little neck

I could see both Jamaica and Hollis end up getting invaded and pillaged by Asians over the next decade, so might be annoying to move there now just to move again.

Area nearby beach or water are mostly whites

Area with one family or small house are mostly whites

And they like to fishing by buying a boat because they only 5 days a week and 40 hours

East Asian and south Asian don't look like to pay an extra fees for heat during winter

We only care about $$$

That's because area over there are much colder than mainland

We need to rent to renter in order to pay property taxes

now , use your brain to figure out where to land yourself in

We don't like getting houses destroyed by flood like hurricane sandy

But whites in general don't really care about money
