I'd be very surprised if these persons paid all cash for those townhouses. Probably all have mortgages.

That's a hike to the subway and right down the street from the PJs. Where their kids going to go to school?

Leman, most probably. Some of the western BK schools like Poly offer private bus service.

I wouldn't. Be surprised that is; I expect most of them are rich foreigners.

Who said there were children? Both gay and straight single persons are buying townhouses/brownstones especially in Brooklyn. Or, it could be a gay or straight childless couple who plan to remain so.

Finally there are always investors and flippers betting on Red Hook getting even hotter.

Is that exterior shot for real? It looks glossy like 3D animation so I'm not sure. I really like these structures inside and out. From the modern furniture and clean efficient interior design and minimalist staging I imagine they don't have kids.
