It's really a lifestyle thing. I for one don't care if my complex has parties nor do I want to be 4 miles from a city. I don't like space either, in DC I've gotten the opposite of claustrophobia in some parts. I also really don't do well in suburbia. I also find Maryland too hot in the summer. It's also newer architecture whereas I adore pre-war.

Just giving my preferences as an example of why 'I' wouldn't want to live there.

I don't believe this sort of thing is common in NYC.
Ever heard of New York by Gehry?

The apartment you showed "only 4 miles away from DC" 4 miles from NYC, aka
Newark, would cost probably the same money.
That is PRICELESS...and don't forget Kearny or Union City.

Oh that Minnie Mouse babbling of that woman is a killer.

Fenwick looks like a liberal ****show.

You DC/VA/MD jerkoffs take yourselves way too seriously, and try too hard.

The woman babbling in the walk-through. A voice like a nail on a blackboard.

Hah, maybe I should watch with the sound on. I can never take real estate leaning ads seriously anymore.

Good try Gantz, but OP might not get that idea for the same reason they removed analogy questions from the SAT verbal exams some years ago. Brain breakers, apparently. Just too hard for the people.

Wow, that's rude. I met her in person, when I toured that apartment complex. She's very nice.
