Reason there is so much sarcasm is because the same exact question you are asking have been asked before, and before that, and before that and.... you get the point. So some of us are tired of giving accurate info because if people SEARCH and RESEARCH, they will find every answer they seek.

Sometimes what you are asking is more than just 2 or 3 pages back, take the time and effort to read 50-100 pages...like I did when I came on.

Sure but 2017 we're going to just ignore the idea of winter, ignore the process of waiting for the city budget in June to see what they can afford and we'll just hire in January because "someone said they got called in January" ....who? So in FBF they always mentioned that if you got arrested during probation you would get fired, theres one guy in my garage who did and he was not fired. Do they get let go when they come up for review at the 18 month point?
