For those that already went to preorientation is the drivers abstract that goes back 5 years good or did you need a lifetime abstract? I went to dmv and they gave me one that goes back 5 years.

Mine is Wednesday, I just paid the $7 and got the one online. Not sure how far that goes back.
So if you were prescribed a controlled substance even for a minor surgery about 11 months ago, youre still screwed even if you never re-filled your subscription?
Yea thats the one i got. I believe it goes back 4 or 5 years.
Thats the issue - mine is clean and only shows the CDL I got and points reduction class. However, I know 6 years ago I had a suspended license I rectified immediately after lapse of car insurance. Should I still be listing that since it specifically asks on question 12 to list it and then detail it on the back of the page? But then what about speeding ticket from I don't even know when, 7 some years ago? Don't even know when.. Thats when I get confused because I don't want to be seen as omitting anything on purpose... more like it happened so long ago that I have no idea anymore.

Probably not automatically screwed, but it might come up in conversation and they may require info from your doctor, etc.

I just filled out the convictions from the abstract I printed out.
For those worried about what to put down for their previous driving convictions, just list whatever you remember, even if it's not on your driving abstract. That's what I did. If they have a question about something, they'll call you out of the room. I had a speeding ticket probably about 10yrs ago. It wasn't on my abstract, but I listed it anyway. They called me out of the room and just asked me approximately how long ago it was and if it was pending or anything. I said it was about 10yrs ago and nothing on my license is pending. Just list what you remember, they'll ask for more info if needed.
I got a speeding ticket in my probation when I was 17 which was 19 years ago lol and had a restricted license for a month I think, I have to list that?
