So unless those floor plans were printed on the Internet somewhere unrestricted, they came from the developer/owner.

So then Related was clearly more forthcoming to StreetEasy (multiple floorplans) than they were on their own website. (1 floorplan)
StreetEasy lists the rents that the tenants are paying. Related does not. So however the information Streeteasy reports is gotten, it is more thorough and useful than Related.com.

Are you looking in the right place? 9 floor plans in total including the rents http://landing.relatedrentals.com/the-easton/.

Why pay to keep up a tech savvy staff/person to do all that updating and whatever when you can just give Streeteasy or whomever the information? *LOL*

Thank you.

I noticed this morning that 205 E. 92nd has a tuxedoed doorman at the ready. Cute kid.

92nd Street side is nice, if a bit undone. 93rd St. side is rather ugly with vertical accents that are blue on one side and yellow on the other. Looks cheesy.

All things considered, the tennis court, handball court and basketball court the building replaced were far nicer.

Wow, it looks beautiful to me! The ad says washer/dryer in every unit, so that's pretty amazing.

Older children and parents will benefit from a teen room and game area, study nooks for homework and private tutoring, and custom sound-proof music rehearsal rooms equipped with pianos designed by Steinway & Sons.
I love the idea that children of the upper crust will be mixed with children from the lower classes, in an unsupervised teen "play room".

As a tenant of the Easton, you will soon hear this echoing through the walls as a princess screams at her financier father: "I love DeShawn and he loves me!!!!!"
