Update...I was called and asked to go to the office to sign some forms; I was told that my file would now be sent to the city for approval. I asked how long that would take and was told that they do not know. So I have to wait for another call. I also went by the building again and it does not seem to me that any progress has been made. The building website, however, states that apts would be available in July( I assume these are the market rate apts).

HPD approval takes about a week if everything is in order.

Was this after your interview, they asked you to come in? I had a interview late April then had to bring the rest of the paperwork they asked for the week after. I'm still waiting to heard. I did give them the money order for the credit check

Yes, I had the interview in early April and that is when I submitted the money order as well; and I was called in this week to sign a few forms..it took nearly six weeks of waiting...I have learned that patience is the key. Good luck with your application.

Thank you! May God bless our prayers. Do you mind if I ask you what kind of forms you went to sign?

I signed some forms in triplicate to attest to the truthfulness and accuracy of facts and figures I have provided. I hope all goes well with your application process.

Has anyone signed a lease or does anyone know about possible move in dates? Any related information would be appreciated.

Incaita, is this the same location that's handling 626 Flatbush? In Harlem?

I applied for an affordable unit at 21 West End Ave in Manhattan; I believe it is Phipps Houses that is managing the application screening process for the developer...Phipps is managing this project from one of their properties, Hancock Apts located on 124th St. Hope this answers your question.
