Actually you cannot just blame LE. Those some kind of community "leaders" and "advocates" including and especially Tony Herbert were running their mouths before the whole story came out. Mr. Herbert is still talking smack saying that he stands by his calls for the boys to be arrested, processed etc... and that at the end of the day the "system worked".
