This guy was shot in the leg by chance, that's where the bullet landed. Not because they were aiming for the leg, cops shoot for center mass of the body.

NO, and ill just leave it at that. Cops are not taught to shot to kill, ideally to subdue suspect. Only soldiers are taught to shot to kill.
Because black people will claim that in the heat of combat, breathing heavily, likely involved in this type of situation for the first (and only) time in their career, cops easily kill black people but intentionally wound whites.
It's a sick racialist world we live in now. Get used to it.
Perhaps it had something to do with the caustic liquid that was thrown on the cops that caused the hit on the lower body. But there is a video of the shooting on the Post's website, and there were multiple shots fired, and the criminal was hit twice in the torso and leg.
