Does anyone know... (Yonkers: travel, title, agent)

if there are any softball teams and bowling teams where one can join on a team. I know that for the latter obviously there has to be an alley in the area. I am interested in the Riverdale/southern Westchester area. I don't want to travel too far. These are the 2 only sports i really can muster up any enthisiasm for and would like to be on a team for socializing and exercise.

if you know of anything don't hesitate to fill me in

You can try those two and get on the Free Agent list and if a teams needs players, you may get called.

Isn't there a bowling alley on Yonkers ave on the opposite side of the Deegan from the Racetrack? I believe there is one around there. I haven't been bowling in years though, so I'm probably not the right guy to give advice on this one.

I agree, no offense to OP. It may not draw the attention of people who can help you and wastes the time of those (like peter_parker and moi) who can't.

Maybe something along the lines of "Seeking Recreation: Softball & Bowling"?
