Which must mean that nyc is not your first home. Just because people here make more money than some people will ever see, doesn't mean that 40k is a great salary, especially for a professional.

I still stand by my comments of Rochdale being just ok. And its awfully close to south jamaica, which has been questionable since forever. Now if you want to talk about owning a home in other parts of SEQ, like say St. Albans, which my family has done for the past 55 years, then yeah its a great place.

40k is not great if you have mouths to feed , if you are a single person with no debts you can work with 40k , and if you know how to manage your money.


Rochdale is a GOOD PLACE period . The price is great , it has it's own security , power plant , it has 2 malls where you can find almost anything that you want to use in your apartment . Rochdale gives it's tenants opportunity to save, it is affordable and Iam having a good time saving money in rochdale village .
