College Point is fairly diverse: It is a fairly even mix between Whites, Latinos, and Asians.

See this map: Mapping the 2010 U.S. Census - NYTimes.com

Income-wise, it is a middle-class area, with the average household making roughly $60,000 (it doesn't have a very wide spread in terms of income, so there aren't extremely wealthy people or extremely poor people)

We take College Point Blvd from 5th to 20th most of the time. There's 2 bus lines that takes u to 7train in Flushing. Q25 and Q65. We never have any problems parking even we get home late at night. Most of the streets doesn't have alternate parking. Which is one reason why we like it here, bc we don't have to worry about moving the car.

This is a mix neighborhood of Latino/Asian/White.. And no they are not trashy! They are the average ppl who works mostly during the day, goes home to their family at night and minds their own business.

Most ppl who usually say negative things about a place are the ones who never live here..
I would say that is a fairly accurate description, especially since it comes from a resident of the neighborhood.

Default college point

It's safe, but not as nice an area as wayside or milestone.

Chisolm Park is in reference to the family that lived there back in the day.
