the question is whether those yelling protesters are educated enough to know how to craft any tactically "tough questions"......it is much easier to chant phrases like BLM etc than coming up with witty questions.

Are these rallies or townhall style meetings? If the former, then there are no question-answer sessions, just listening to Cruz lie through his teeth.
