Does this company handle any more Ashland buildings? They seem so disorganized.

Wavecrest (Strivers Plaza) was SO efficient, you make your appt online, go for the interview, sign your life away and 2 months later give or take a week, you're making a decision about an apartment.

Hard to though when you need to figure out moving, school, lease breaking all of that.
Yes yowu can not just wait and keep living your life when you have decision to make (moving, school,vacation..). It is so frustrating.

That's why I keep asking if someone in this forum moved in the building to share his/her experience? How long was the process?

Hi all, who exactly is the leasing office? Is it the company managing the building? If you're approved by them, then HDC is the next step?

I didn't go through any of this with Wavecrest so just trying to figure out the steps.

I've read through this thread and realize the apartments are on the smaller side, but how much smaller? Anyone physically move in with a SQFTage?

My current apartment is about 580. Are Ashland units smaller, more or less the same, or bigger than that?
