I am a high school student currently doing a project on customer satisfaction with the restaurant grading policy and how often customers pay attention to the restaurant grades outside. I would like to know how often you pay attention to the Letter Grade located outside of the restaurant and how it affects your decision in going into a new restaurant.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could take my survey and contribute to my data.

I completed the survey. Letter grades on restaurants are very important to me :-)

Interesting survey. I thought some of the questioning methodology could be improved using the more typical five-level Likert scale but no biggie.

I'm guessing you are familiar with these links already:

Letter Grading for Restaurants

What HS do you go to if you don't mind sharing?

My only issue with the survey is it is easy to fall into the I don't eat out 1-2x per week but I also wouldn't select "not at all" if I go about twice a month.

I feel iffy about restaurant grades. I used to go to a place that I knew was a dump and filthy but it still had an A. And they make THE BEST breakfast but after finding a roach baked into my muffin and subsequently hair in my food, I was done. I wonder if someone pays someone off there.

Yea, that's why I was hoping the survey methodology could be improved. But once it's running, it's more difficult to update without invalidating previous responses.
