Apparently the woman left her two children alone in the apartment to go to the laundromat *assuming* there were others there to watch the kids. Unattended incense caused a fire that brunt the apartment up and killed both children.

The mom will probably get charged with neglect or something.

She should. Her two babies died due to her negligence. Not to mention her actions put everyone in that building in danger.
I question what may be the best for the baby she is currently pregnant with.

Horrible the mom put her girls in harm's way leaving burning incenses. No one in their right mind would do that people like her
should not have kids, and she's pregnant! I feel sorry for her unborn baby. I believe this was not the first time she left her girls
unattended it was just a matter of time.

Incense did not kill the little girls, the mother's actions did.

Also lets not forget, she was also negliant with the smoke alarm. It did not work.

Right, an idiot who burns incense is more likely to abandon the kids at home and neglect to maintain a functional smoke detector

Umm no. Many people burn incense and don't burn down their homes and kill their children.
