Must be safe to walk to subway, even at dark.

Surely, less travel time to Midtown is better.

Parkchester is the best place?


How about Melrose?


I checked listings... no many condos in the market in whole bronx or

Sure it's possible but remember with a condo you must add the real estate tax.
