I posted a similar question on the Los Angeles page but then realized the question fits better for the New York City thread because of the city's density. I'v never stepped foot on the East Coast before, just wondering if you ever randomly encounter City Data users in day to day life.
If I do, I don't know of it. I'd like to keep it that way. Granted, there are some members, based on their online personas, that I'd love to know personally, but they seem to be few and far in between.

Yes there was! This poster SoBroGuy (who no longer posts here) organized them at different bars. I went to two of them because curiosity had the best of me and I wanted to meet some of the people on this forum. I was hoping that some of the "colorful" "keyboard warrior" posters would show up but of course the ones that did were the normal ones with nothing to hide.
Whatever happened to SoBroGuy? He was argumentative in the extreme but I enjoyed his posts.
