Interesting. I just hope for the best for all of us. It does take a risk. I totally understand about work life and the norm. Sometimes it just takes a day out of your routine and especially out of your norm to get what you need/want.. literally in this case.

I also got 3 interviews for 3 different apartments, 1 in queens - Rockaway Park, one in Greenpoint and the other in the Bronx as well. all low log numbers in the 1,000s. But gonna deny them all, 461 is the top choice. Best of luck to everyone. My move in date is the 20th of Feb.

Yes, when you hand in new documents, if you're over the income range, you will no longer qualify for the apartment. That's just another stress point in this delightful process.

Thank you Aquarius and Lala, I am just extremely worried because I have not heard back. I am on the look out for anyone who isn't CB pref to receive something. If they are still interviewing then there are still units left. I am praying that there is one for me in my bracket.

Latashaw did they tell you why you have to go in to redo paperwork? You're basically in my boat, no cb pref and late interview (I interviewed in October :c)

Getting called in to resubmit paperwork because it has been longer than 120 days is a great sign. It means they're sending your file to HDC for city approval.

I sign my lease this week.

If your log number is 2xx, you shouldn't have a problem getting a space if you qualify, even without a preference.. They just have to process the preferences first.
