No, you have to choose either Verizon Fios or Spectrum/Time Warner with your own account.

The apartment I viewed and wound up being assigned to barely has a view, majority of it is the sides of the barclays center with one window looking out to the street which I believe to be dean street

YOU HAVE A NEW APARTMENT. WHO CARES ABOUT THE VIEWS!
A really NICCCCCEE apartment. in prospect heights, with cheap amenities and a decent rent. Don't focus on the meaningless aesthetics. You have natural light toO!!!

Yeah but I totally get you it would be nice to have nicer views. But he reality is that theyre not going to give the best apartments to people from the lottery (those are probably being reserved for the market rate renters, it just makes sense if you think about it)

Either way, I understand you because its easy to lose sight of what's really important sometimes (a new home!!) But you're soooooo blessed right now. The odds of getting one of these apartments are so slim. CONGRATTSS, go celebrate!!! I don't mean to sound like a mom, im just genuinely happy for you. I'd bounce off walls if I got one of these apartments :P

So JRW, if you don't mind answering -- what floor plan/model letter did you end up getting?
I ended up getting a studio. Floor plan is simple. 12"5' x 22"4'

That is a good size. I got the "A" model and I think it faces southwest which is nice.
