Yes I was told municipal is after CB preference and disability preference and which is understandable but lord have mercy this is all giving me a headache lol but thanks so much for the information you gave us. I feel like we are keeping each other more informed than the management officials.

I'm curious to know which income band is most competitive.

Probably the middle income bands. Perhaps the low income bands too just as much. I personally don't think the higher income bands are all that competitive in these lottos if you follow the stuy town lotteries these days. Thanks for all the information you guys provided today, really helpful. To those of you already living there, I am SO jealous and I can't hide it lol.

Just keep applying ladies and gents.
The service elevator can be a hassle at first with everyone moving in around the same time, I'm moving in on Presidents' Day and just bringing a mattress, bathroom and kitchen stuff for starters. Then will work on getting the furniture at a later date when things cool down.. I'm actually in the ,idle of figuring out what 461 wants to do with the walls , their requirements are pretty confusing.

Walls? Do they require you have a carpet that cover most of the living area? I like rugs, so that wouldn't be an issue for me, but some people get bent when they can't have their naked wood all showing.

They didn't give me any wall or floor restrictions/requirements.

This makes a lot of sense. That's basically what they've done so far. CB & Disabled pref people are already moving in.

I think people like me and Lata should start hearing what our fate is next month or so.

And yes, I am very grateful for the emotional support we've given each other on this forum.

No Denise, I don't want to get too specific on here (as if I haven't in other ways? ha...) but it's one of the middle brackets with 15 studios set aside.
