Does anyone know how many years this building is on with the tax-abatement program before they are allowed to make the affordable apartments into market rate? Also, does the Trump budget cut affect buildings like this? If anyone could answer this that would be great. Thanks.

35 years. And no to your other question. Learn to do some research before asking really stupid questions.

Thank you Aquarius and I've did do some research but wasn't able to get any actual confirmation, your tone is really unnecessary. I thought this forum is to help people not berate them for asking questions. Good luck to you and other lotteries.

I am very bitter and I will call out as many people as possible when they present themselves as such in pure ignorance.

Bitterness breeds more bitterness. The quicker you realize this and stop, the better. All that energy is real.

No. What you are...is an obsessive and abusive prick, with an online superiority complex. Read: keyboard gangster. Yeah, you're a bitter fool. That's obviously...a thing. But now, you've officially graduated to lifeless human excrement. Congrats! If somebody asking a question on the board of a LOTTERY you've already lost, is enough to trigger you this way...you're not fit for human interaction! Do us all a favor & bugger off.

Exactly. Not to mention he's wrong. It's closer to 45 years for this building. Plus, he tried to claim disability preference for this lottery -- which his doctor declined, yet he claims the LOTTERY is a fraud. He's ridiculous to be so bitter.
