omg, I am still SO butthurt about getting SO close to an apartment in this building and being waitlisted that on my daily walk home after work I always look up at this building and grumle and fester inside that I tripped over an open cellar gate on the sidewalk and almost fell right down the stairs!!!!!!!!! There's a video of some woman doing this that's kinda hysterical to watch, but holy crap... that was almost me this evening! luckily I was able to not let it happen. And now the roof deck is open and you can sometimes see the people on it, and it makes me even ANGRIER lol. I have to let go.

Did anyone get an email recently about more apartments opening up? They said a few band 5 studios ($1996/month) became available.

Is $1,996/month such a bargain for a studio? Just asking! Is the torture of the lottery worth it for a studio that edges $2,000/month?

Put it this way, I know at least 2 people each paying $2600 for a studio. One is a 5th floor walk up no amenities and the other no amenities but I think a doorman building. So yes, unfortunately, it is.
