Was this building posted on housing connect?? cause I don't remember seeing it and can't pull up the housing connect page for it

just one person giving you $20? every month? how did they recalculate for the appeal?..

so you're still in the process of appealing? I don't have any other income OTHER than my job income.. so i'm curious as to how they'll do the math..

Since HFA is conducting this lottery HUD's new Asset Limits shouldn't apply right?

I believe the asset limit for New York State is still $250,000, but HUD NYC financed buildings the asset limit is the max income bracket of which ever building you're applying for.

You should always check their website they usually will have like every three months one that isn't advertised through housing connect

i'm gold some aren't advertised on housing connect it gives other people a better chance lol

but most NYS financed low income housing lotteries aren't advertised on Housing Connect
