2nd ave line (Lexington: apartment, deal, schedule)

Due to my apartment hunting, I wonder if surely the SAS 1st phase will open the next December.

It's opening from 72 St. to 96. St. If you're looking at 2nd Ave. anywhere outside of that (like East Village), the opening of the line is irrelevant.

It's possible it will open in December, which is the scheduled date. More likely to open some time in early 2017, knowing the MTA, but we can't say with any certainty.

The 4/5/6 aren't far away on Lexington Avenue, anyway, so it shouldn't be a big deal if the line isn't open when you move.
