NO, you would not have to reapply but yes you would need to requalify. I have not heard any this from the owners yet. The information that I was told have not been change as of now. If we do receive the TCO by the 15th I will contact everyone to come in and bring updated documents.

Thanks for the update elbasurero. Sounds like Langsam is just as clueless as everyone in here. If they receive the TCO by the 15th and make everyone bring in documents, that still leaves us with a unconfirmed move-in date.
GREAT NEWS: Today the building has filed for a building inspection. This is scheduled for Tuesday 1/17/2017. I believe this is the last step in obtaining the TCO. Once the building passes inspection the TCO is issued shortly. Take a look at the screenshot I linked.
there, click on the DOB Now: Inspections link, that will take you to the page where I found the inspection request. You can see they failed their last inspection back in October. From october until now, I'm assuming they fixed whatever it was that made them fail, and they have requested a 2nd inspection.
I got an interview in November, and had a credit check around the same time. The person I called at Langsam also said I was HPD-approved but the final selection had not occurred yet (and should check back in after the TCO is obtained). Should I assume that I'm out of the running at this point? I saw some posts here indicating that that was the case. Thanks.
Ok now I'm confused you can get hpd approved, shown a unit, give a security deposit and then they have to do a final selection? I honestly don't understand this process. Everyday i read info and the more i think during the second round of whatever "requalification" - i won't requalify ! I'm not sure now.... This process is really nerve racking and it shouldn't be like that, I wish there was clear guidelines on how the process is from beginning to end in writing
The 120 day reqaulification process is troubling. They calculated my income over $5,000 more than what I actually grossed for 2016 but I still qaulify. In the event I receive an increase for 2017, they're calculation may put me over the guidelines even though I am truly not over. Anyway, I guess I'm just venting.
