Hot water and gas is included. Electricity is not. Building is wired for FIOS and Optimum ONLY. Parking is being handled by a different company. Completely separate from the building.
You select your move in date, dates start on the 15th and after. They have a calendar schedule where they put you in. I also chose the 18th because its a Saturday.
They have only Verizon dsl (Internet and phone only)and spectrum cable (timeWarner). No fios yet.
Where'd you hear that? Because when i went to sign my lease I had to sign a paper acknowledging that I was informed that the building was prewired and I had a choice of providers: either FIOS or Optimum (not Spectrum).
I was told the same think. But I just call Verizon and spectrum. With the address 1980 Steinway st. They will tell you it's business address. And with 1973 38the street you can get what is available.
