I saved the image on my computer some time ago, because I really liked the different colors and lamps. Now I will be going to Williamsburg in a couple of months and would love to visit that store.

I am not 100 percent that it’s Williamsburg, it could be in another part of Brooklyn or NYC too, but it’s very likely.

Thank you for your help.

There are a TON of lighting stores along Bowery between Grand & Houston Street in Chinatown.

There's a lighting store near Marcy Avenue on the J train. I'm pretty sure its on Broadway between Marcy Avenue and Roebling Street.

Luxury Lighting? No I don't think so, the store in the picture is on a corner

To me the giveaway is the Chinese Lanterns in the window, so then Chinatown.

The store is Canal Lighting, NW corner of Canal and Mercer, I am 100% sure, you can even see "NAL" in yellow on the window

thank you everyone

@BlakeJones you're exactly right
I actually didn't think someone would be able to figure it out, but that's definitely the store.
I just googled Canal Lighting and found their yelp page with some more pictures and there you can see the Chinese lucky cat and the letters in the window.

Thank you so much.
