Mine is 19XXX--wouldn't be terrible if I lived in the CB, which I don't. Don't even live in Brooklyn. Certainly NOT going to sweat this one out. Too bad, as I love Prospect Heights.

Once again 70k range for 535 Carlton CB2 pref . If I don't get called for either 461 or Carlton by next year. I'll put my savings towards a down payment for a house. No body in their right my mind should be paying 2k plus rent for a shoe box apartment in NYC. Good luck to all.
