True, but as these idiots quickly found out, ice cream melts. Selling it on is not only a health risk but sort of stupid. Anyone with an ounce of shopping savvy or good taste buds can tell when ice cream has thawed and been refrozen.

If someone gets sick from this stolen goods ice cream, hope the sue whatever bodega that bought it into the ground. Am especially worried about young children and the elderly. In this summer weather good ice cream is a treat both love. If it is off or whatever that can cause serious illness.

Chances are pretty good that if you don't resist arrest you won't get chocked.
