You are allowed to sublease rent-stabilized apartments; the owner can't unreasonably withhold consent; but it still has to be your primary residence, so that pretty sharply limits how long you can do it.

It will compromise 'The Envelope' (water-proofing/air-tightness - maybe even fireproofing). One little hole can expose structural elements to condensation (and that's only one of many considerations they could have in mind).

Enter on the 29th floor. Go down the stairs on your right, right after the the front desk. You'll be right there at the pool.

BUT, you have to bring your FOB to the front desk in the lobby (the concierge, not the reception in the skybridge) to have it activated for entry to the pool. It just takes a second and there's no paperwork involved. As long as you are already signed up for the gym, the concierge will activate your FOB for the pool.

No issues with the hot water, it gets hot but coming from a old building uptown where the water can burn the crap out of you I notice the difference. lol

Also my boyfriend stays over all the time lol, it hasn't been 5 days in a row consecutively but he's always over for the most part, i dont think the 5 day in a row thing is super enforced I think its mainly if u plan on having your guest going in and out your apt when you are not there

Did you get your move in from Ikea? I am thinking of just buying a table from Ikea and then having my moving company bring the items to the place since it's already set up with COI...But then I have my couch coming from a different place
