Many of those New Yorkers hoping to take up residence alongside the High Line will find Lalezarian Properties’ new development, Maestro West Chelsea, much to their satisfaction – 375 people (and their families) to be exact. The 3-building mixed-use residential complex encircles the High Line in a unique configuration, and consists of two 13-story buildings at 507 West 28th Street and one taller 35-story tower at 319 Tenth Avenue. The latter will reign as West Chelsea’s tallest building, topping out at 425 feet and housing 220 units. Combined with the 155 units that the smaller buildings will offer, the entire development will bring 375 new studios, one- and two-bedroom units to the area.
My number is not too horrible, but I'm not in the CB, and if you're not in the CB, your number pretty much has to be below 500. That's been my experience.

Not exactly, I had an interview without CB with log of 14,8xx. Speaking of log numbers, mine is 2,8xx
Was contacted for an interview. Does anybody know if this is another poor door building? Ad says there are 3 buildings and wondering if one of them are meant to keep affordable tenants separate, just like 10 Freedom Place.

3 buildings? The ad I read only shows one. It's too early to tell if there will be a poor door but keep checking online every few days for new articles or information about this building to see if there may be a poor door entrance.
How low is your log number? Do you have CB preference?
So based on the article posted to this board, it says that the two smaller buildings will have 155 apartments combined and if you divide 155 by 2 that's roughly 75 apartments for each smaller building (same amount as affordable apartments) so it seems likely that one building will be exclusively for affordable tenants. But who knows, they may mix it up and put affordable units in all 3 buildings
