Default MTA Bus stop

That's why city council is in place. Then The matter will be a loitering issue. If there no shield at the bus stop the passenger will stand under the awning at The Orion which is a loitering issue. The Block is not wide to accommodate a shield.

Well folks it looks like we will be closing in July. To all the folks who have low interest rate loans. We make soon see the the interest rate go back up a few points, before we are given a closing date. That will means thousands of dollars lost in savings. Procida has to be accountable for something.

You should consider Westchester County.

Co-ops start around $100K for a studio.
1 BR Start at about $140
2 BR around 225K
homes, condos co-ops all around 30 min to Grand Central and
about 1/3 the price of NYC.

Safe, you can have a car and easy commute.

All the best!

When you folks finally move in, please post pics so we can see if the interior of this complex looks as cheaply as the exterior does (wink wink)? I drive by the development every single day to/from work and I still think they want too much for the area. What schools will you folks be sending your kids to?

And the MTA ain't gonna move that bus stop over by that park cuz if you know anything about the Bronx, you'd know they are the last to get digged out during a snowstorm. So, if they move the bus stop by the PARK, that will make the PARKS DEPT liable for clearing the walkway around the bus stop to avoid "lawsuits".

So, the residents at the Orion betta make damn sure their building super properly clean and salt that bus shelter to avoid dem poe folks for filing lawsuit against the rich middle class folks coming to invade their neighborhoods. (lol)

Yes that poster is a total hater. This was the same type who poo-pooed the new 2 and 3 family houses they built in the South Bronx in 1990 for $90,000..."not worth it" and "this is the South Bronx!" blah blah blah...and not they WISH they could have bought back then...as the owners are sitting pretty with fat eq

uity and nice homes. So yes..there are always those who will sit on the sidelines and criticize everyone and everything...but at the end of the day...they do absolutely nothing! I am happy to see the new housing...they are selling..and people are very happy to have a more upscale housing option in the community so they don't have to move out of the area as they move up the ladder. These condos and all the new developments are a breath of fresh air..and so are the new people that will be entering the community and bringing new life!
