OMG! I FEEL THE EXACT SAME WAY AS ALL OF YOU. I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE. I hate Beth so much and maybe its not her fault,but she is the person on the project. I want to get out of this deal so bad. I think if we all called and asked for our money back, then they would speed things up. I am just going to do that anyway.

I have been told the same by other friends of mine. The positive is that I am saving, which I have never done before, so at least I am doing that. This is just one hump that we have to deal with and I am sure that it's not the last.

I know that you are pissed, but what is that going to do? All we can do is put the pressure and that's pretty much not working out, right? We should just stop asking because we are not getting the answers that we need, we are getting approximations and that's worse. Not only is Beth involved in this, so is everyone else. We need to speak to our attorney and see what she can tell us. Her office did call us to inform us about the letters after all.

I feel the same on this one. They need to give us more since they have made us wait for so long and it's so frustrating. I signed my contract back in February of 2007, so imagine. I am living out boxes since I have been packed since September of last year, thinking that according to plan, I would be moving in November, but ofcourse, that didn't happen. So, I share the frustrations and anger with you all.

Don't be mad at me Jessica, use that towards them. I am not the enemy. Remember that I am purchasing too. I know that they don't know anything and the more we try to investigate, the more crap they are going to give us. My money is involved too and I am not thinking less of all this, but nothing can be done if we just sit and complain. What else can we do? If we want to fight, then let's do it.

Well i e-mailed my Attorney and told her that if i did not close this month that i want my money back. Maybe this is a sign that i am not suppose to live there. I can find a place somewhere else.

No way JTS...we want you here....I know its hard but it will be worth it in the end....I know the frustration. Once you are in there, in your new, beautiful home, all these frustrations will melt away..trust me! Hang in there a bit more!!
