They have had more than enough time to bring that building up to code.

I called Beth Sloan today. She said that they expect to have C of O by tomorrow. She said as soon as they get it, they will notify all purchasers by phone. She also said they have been having problems with the DOB. According to her, alot of other developers are having problems with the DOB. I will keep my fingers cross! I plan to stick it out. I've waited this long and I know it will be worth it in the end. It's a great location, 20 mins. from the city by train and everything is brand new in the condo.

WE HAVE TO KEEP OUR EYES ON THE PRISE!! LOL

hang in there JTS!
Did she say what kind of problems? Hopefully it doesn't get in the way of our closings. Keep us posted. Thanks again.

I received mine too, but you already know that. lol. Also, for those that have the Citibank mortgage, you might be closing as early as July 30th. Please call Beth Sloane for details.

I picked up my closing letter today. I'm closing with Citibank. I got a late Aug. date. Did anyone get a July closing date? I'm gonna call to see if I can get a earlier date.

I have read through the posts and I see some of you are soon to be owners and others are pretty knowledgeable on this property. I will be looking at a 2Bed at the Orion this week. Can anyone share some advice for someone just starting the process? thanks!
