The Hudson Terrace entrance is the only connection to Hudson Drive from the south end, so no.

It goes back and forth, you're usually somewhat above the water but below the cliffs. Still good views.

we did the ride from the croton dam to hartsdale. very nice run . another nice run is every year the town of carmel ny throws the tour d putnam . you can do up to 100 miles . the hills are insane but it is loads of fun . the town throws a big party after too with food and music
