I think some people have had problems uploading them in the past. If I do, I'll add it to my album on my page. But will let ya'll know.

Clinton Management called me. I am assuming they will manage the building/tenants once it's built? Wavecrest is only handling the application process. I'm unsure though and will ask more questions when I meet the building managers tomorrow. Have to sign a waiver and wear a hard hat due to construction still occurring.

Will post pics tomorrow!!!! I'm so excited!!!!!

Ask them any questions you have and tell them your scenario. Maybe they may know if you're able to end a sign a lease but break it if you're approved for Crossroads. They may ultimately tell you to either simply take a chance and wait for Crossroads or to not chance it.

You can also possibly ask your intake coordinator the same questions. They may also tell you it's up to your discretion. Doesn't hurt to ask though!

Their inspection isn't until next week I think. But I'm assuming since they already know what needs to be done for them to pass, they're confident they'll pass.
