It went great , I came 20 minutes early so I got seen pretty quick after a couple had finished their interview. Be prepared it makes the interview and interviewer go threw everything quick and organized. She asked me about assets and I told her none because I don't have any n if I did they add that to you're income. I'm 6 months pregnant so I had a letter confirming that and she made sign this letter stating I was pregnant n etc ( for their purposes) . In all I had everything they only thing she needed were termination letters from my previous jobs in 2015 stating I no longer work there.i was so relieved everything went great. And she put me down for a 2 bedroom due to me being pregnant And I put mine and my sons name on this paper stating who would be in the household. I also signed a lot of paper work but didn't date them. I live with my parents and I don't pay any rent and I don't have any bank accounts . But they ask you about those.

Thanks! They will go based on your current income (last 6 pay stubs) so they will, unfortunately, most likely deny you unless by some miracle they miscalculate your income. I wish you the best of luck though.

My timeline will most likely differ from yours due to my application being for Crossroads, not Brook ave apts which is run by Yuco management. My personal experience took approx 3 months to be approved and that is due to waiting for HPD.

Thank you for your reply , I work for the city as a teachers assistant my boss wrote a letter stating my salary is 23,614 and I do not get paid bi weekly I get paid semi monthly ( 2 checks every month ). And recently just started this job in October. I really do hope my income is between the income change ( Min- 23,584 to 29,000) for a 2 bedroom . But thank you for wishing me luck.
