I would like to start a petition for tenants meeting once a month so it can be a reminder of the rules and how we can make the Building a better and coming together keeping the Building clean

Morning guys,

So I was a little confused with the information about smoke setting off the sprinklers. What happens when your cooking and somethings starts to smoke up on these electric stoves? Usually the smoke detectors alarms are activated. Are the sprinklers going to go off too?

I did some research and the sprinkler system are activated by heat/fire and NOT smoke. A glass bulb type sprinkler head will spray water into the room if sufficient heat reaches the bulb and causes it to shatter. Sprinkler heads operate individually. Note the red liquid alcohol in the glass bulb.

The person on the 4th floor may have had a actual fire in the apartment or it was electrical as she stated. However, in rare occasions they do go off for no reason at all. So with that in mind, I will be calling Allstate to get the insurance for the apartment and a fire proof box for my important documents and other items in case of an emergency.

I will post quotes from Allstate once confirmed.

Good morning to everyone's , your absolutely right INTHENX09, there was an actual fire on the apt. He/she left an ash tray cigarette on, cigarettes felt in the sofa while she'll He/ she was doing something else, that's when the fire start. Remember people don't replace your door lock , follow each rules, I have met nice people in the 6 floor , accordingly to the super that's one of the quiet floor ,working people which mean, many work till late at night .

Morning,

Okay that makes sense Jimmie, Happy Fathers Day! Go outside and smoke like I do, I've only seen 2 other people smoking outside. My floor is pretty quite also, maybe cause it's practically empty, only 3 apt are occupied.
